We always advise running a pilot programme which allows time to evaluate the delivery and understanding, which ensures that the investment creates the desired result. It’s amazing how even the subtlest of changes to a development programme can dramatically change the messages coming back. Moving forward with a tried and tested solution we can then develop a roll-out plan. This can often include training people within the business to deliver the programme internally in the future.
